St Paul the Apostle school is a Catholic school committed to Christian values and excellence in education. If you are interested in enrolling your child in our school the following information will be of interest to you.

St Paul the Apostle Primary serves members of the local parish and follows the enrolment criteria set by the Catholic Education Office, Parramatta. 

Kindergarten enrolment for St Paul the Apostle Primary takes place from March to May each year, other enrolments occur on application.

The process for Kindergarten enrolments 2018 is as follows:

13 March - 7 April: Applications for enrolment. Please come in to school Office to collect an enrolment package.
April-May Open Day - Monday 8 May 2017
There will be 3 sessions:
- 10am
- 11.30am
- 2pm
You will need to book in - via phone or Office when returning your enrolment form.
This will be an opportunity to view the learning spaces in action and have a general tour of our school.
May/June/July: Interviews for all parents seeking Kindergarten enrolment in 2018
July/August Acceptance letters are sent out
October-November Information night for parents
November Kindergarten Transition Days for children
Orientation morning for 2018 Kindergarten children and opportunity for parents to hear more about the school

Criteria for Enrolment

In keeping with official Diocesan policy, priority for enrolment is given as follows:

  1. Children of Catholic families who are actively involved in the parish community on which the school depends

  2. Children of Catholic families who are geographically outside the parish, but have chosen St Paul the Apostle as their parish and are actively involved

  3. Children of Catholic families who live within the parish on which the school depends

  4. Children of Catholic families from other parishes who are actively involved in their respective parish and who, for special reasons deemed sufficient by the School Enrolment Committee, seek enrolment in the school

  5. Children of Catholic families of other parishes

  6. Children of Orthodox or other Christian faiths

Parents who seek enrolment for their child/children should:

  • be supportive of religious teaching and practice
  • participate in sacramental programs
  • support school maintenance by attending working bees
  • be supportive of school policies
  • realise their responsibility to pay school fees
  • participate in parent-teacher activities
  • be supportive in relation to long term implications for enrolments in regional systemic secondary schools

  • Catherine McCauley, Westmead: Catholic secondary school for girls, Yrs 7-12
  • Parramatta Marist High School: Catholic secondary school for boys, Yrs 7-12
